Faeton Posted August 22, 2013 Report Posted August 22, 2013 I was looking for SOHO, but still happy with the win at Times Square @ $168. Tried SOHO @ 150, then slowly ramped up by adding Harlem and Long Island as bidding zones, then UES, UWS, Central Park, Hell's Kitchen, then Times Square.Says it's 37% off. Used BetterBidding's PRICELINE link of course. Thanks!
thereuare Posted August 22, 2013 Report Posted August 22, 2013 Congratulations on your success! While not your first choice of zone, glad to see you're still pleased with the results and looking forward to your trip. Feel free to ask for help and/or confirm your bidding strategy before your next opaque hotel purchase as i think you can improve upon your bidding strategy in the future.Thank you for sharing your win and using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your bidding. Enjoy your stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
Faeton Posted August 23, 2013 Author Report Posted August 23, 2013 Actually, the hotel seems to be more Central Park South than Times Square, which makes it that much better. Thanks for all your hard work on these forums!
AaronJB Posted August 23, 2013 Report Posted August 23, 2013 Glad the hotel will work well for your travel plans and thank you for your compliments on Betterbidding.Enjoy your stay.
