This is for a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal.

The deal mentions these guaranteed amenities:

It also lists a choice of a single bedroom room or a two bedroom room (for a more expensive rate).

Original price was $79 a night for one room - A nice trick is to select the maximum number of rooms while searching, for 8 rooms the price went down to $74 a night. Then after you click on the deal you can lower the number of rooms back to one room and still retain the 8 room price. Also added 10% off coupon bringing this property down to $66.60 (a steal!).

Used the PRICELINE EXPRESS links, super happy with this deal.
