Baltimore or Harrisburg to Denver

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for bidding on a flight to Denver (round-trip). Recently I paid just over $200 from Baltimore. The cost is well over $300 from Baltimore now. I am trying to go in October around 10 - 15? Any suggestions on bidding for a flight?

With current fares for these dates at $300/RT, how high would you be willing to bid to still make an opaque purchase (where you don't know the airline, flight times, length of layover, layover city, etc) worthwhile?

Hmmmm...I guess that is why I am most worried, the layover time and getting hung up at another airport for hours?

I am guessing around $200 - do you think that is too low?

Airfare is always hard to predict and what makes it worthwhile is subjective based upon your value of time vs. budget.

You can get an almost unlimited number of re-bids on airfare by following the method in this post: Priceline Airfare Re-Bidding (in particular see the 2nd post). You can therefore start at about half price at $150 and raise $5-$10 each re-bid until you hit your maximum bid of $200 (or whatever maximum bid you choose)
