I'd guess a downgraded Radisson Martinique w/a different amenity set, but could definitely be something else/something not yet reported to the board. The mystery property does get a good tripadvisor review score though, with a 4/5 score showing on the detail page for this listing.

I agree that the best guess for the ESB property would be a downgraded Radisson Hotel Martinique on Broadway.

However, do you need to be in this zone? HOTWIRE has a 3.5* in the MTC zone for just about the same price $162/nite with:

Smoke Free

Fitness

Hi-Speed Internet

However, this property as a 100% recommendation from previous guests and a 4.5/5.0 TA rating. My best guess for this property would be the Cassa Hotel (but should we be wrong you at least 'know' that it's a good property based upon the higher user review rating and the high TA rating)

For the Times Square property are you sure that the property you were seeing is not 3.5* rated as the 4* i'm seeing when searching for your dates is priced at $232/nite whereas the 3.5* property is priced at $188/nite (and has similar amenities to what you posted above, but i believe there are more than what you included in your post).

Please confirm the star rating and the full set of amenities for the TS property and we'll advise further.
