marianamarzano Posted August 13, 2013 Report Posted August 13, 2013 Hi everyone,It's my first time at Priceline and I need some help! What bid should I offer for a 5* star at strip north, there's only 3 hotels at the list (Wynn, Venetian and Palazzo). I saw at the calendar that were wins of 110$ and 147$ for my dates (09/27 to 09/30) at both Venetian and Palazzo. You think I can start lower than 110$?Thanks,Mariana
AaronJB Posted August 13, 2013 Report Posted August 13, 2013 Welcome to Betterbidding. What would be your desired budget per night for this stay?As noted at the top of the hotel list, the hotels on the list are what has been reported to the board - new hotels or changes to current hotels can happen at any time.I'm seeing what appears to be the Venetian or Palazzo for $184 on HOTWIRE - while you can start at $110, I think you're probably looking at more in the $130-150 neighborhood for a 5* in Strip North.Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
marianamarzano Posted August 14, 2013 Author Report Posted August 14, 2013 My budget is130$ without resort fees. I tried till this price and got nothing!! :(If I try a 4* at strip north is more usual to get Mirage or Treasure Island? I really want to stay at The Mirage, although I know it's not possible to choose. And in is case what should be a good biding? Thanks again!

marianamarzano Posted August 15, 2013 Author Report Posted August 15, 2013 I've tried two days bidding on PL to a 5* at Strip North from 110 to 130$.
