I looked again today and now it also shows:

• Smoke Free Rooms
  
• Fitness Center
  
• High-Speed Internet Access
  

Definitely the same hotel as I originally posted about as the price is the same and the 90% user reviews is the same.....

I am thinking it is The Roosevlet

I am considering a PRICELINE EXPRESS offer at the minute and trying to figure out what hotel it is.

I have the following information:

3.5* (Downtown Pike Place)

Amenities

• Restaurant
  
• Business Center
  
• Fitness Center

It also has a Guest Score of 9.

Travel dates: 29th September - 4th October so 5 nights total.

Will do - although I think I will give this one a miss as The Roosevelt doesnt look that appealing to me.

What is the room rate of the 3.5* hotel? What is your maximum budget per nite (before fees/taxes) for this trip? Is the Pike Place zone the only acceptable zone or are you also considering the Space Needle zone?

Hi, room rate of this hotel is $125/night

Really dont want to spend much more than $800 dollars for 5 nights including taxes

Really want it to be Pike Place area - so if I absolutely must up the budget I will do so.

There aren't too many amenities to go by, but my guess for this one would be the Mayflower Park Hotel (the Hotel 1000 would be a second guess but i think that one is less likely)

The 9.0/10.0 user review rating should give some comfort that this is a 'good' 3.5* property, but since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
