Priceline Hotel: Realistic expectations for Sept. in NYC

I need to be in NYC for the weekend of Sept. 27th-29th. Anywhere in Manhattan will work or right across the bridge in Brooklyn. I'm looking for a clean hotel so 3* would be fine. What are my realistic expectations for this time? I would like to try Priceline's NYOP.

At current rates you're likely looking at ~$125 or less if you're willing to stay in Brooklyn... something in Manhattan will probably be more in the $175 area.
