Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board and i was unable to gain any insight while researching this one.

I did however find the Hyannis-Days Inn Cape Cod (yes, a Days Inn but it is 4.5/5.0 rated by TA) for $132/nite if this is of any interest to you? (perhaps the included breakfast, and high user rating, can justify the higher price?)

Unfortunately we were not able to make that trip and I didn't book a hotel.
