Hotwire Hotel: 4* Toronto Downtown West

Need help identifying a 4* Downtown Toronto West Area Hotel

Amenities: Internet, Pool, Pet friendly, Fitness Center, Business center

Based on the Hotwire hotel list, this seems like it might be the Fairmont Royal York

I'm looking for a 3 night stay 9/1 - 9/4 and the Hotwire rate is $100/night, which seems really good for a 4* downtown Toronto hotel.

If it is the Fairmont Royal York, is this a good deal? Opinions on the quality of the hotel?

Even though "pet friendly" seems to identify it as this hotel, I'm actually a bit wary of pet-friendly hotels, as I typically prefer very clean rooms - non-smoking and no pets.

We used hotwire last summer to book 4 rooms at the 4* hotel in the Toronto Downtown west area for a wedding, it ended up being the Sheraton Centre Hotel. They only had one hotel that was 4* in the Toronto Downtown west area so we had no other choices. I am now looking to book again and yet again they only have one 4* hotel available in that area so I am asuming it is the same one. Its a great hotel with all the amenities. Awesome pool that is half indoor and half outdoor so you can use regardless of the weather. Be prepared for $25 per night parking cost.

The Royal York is a very old hotel (the oldest in toronto I think) so if you do book there be prepared for small rooms.

I think if it is the Royal York, I'll pass. I checked on their parking fees and found they only have valet parking available at $48/night. Yikes!

I don't belive that this is the Royal York. Best guess would be Renaissance Toronto Hotel Downtown
