There is no defined 'limit' but sometimes we have a high level of expertise in an area and if the user simply states exactly what it is that they are looking for, we can more easily find something that meets their needs based upon our knowledge of the area... this saves times and makes the process easier for everyone.

You say you're looking for a 3* or 3.5* property, and all of the above inquiries quality, but none have been good enough for you to want to book... so what is it about the hotels guessed/identified, or what aspects are they missing, that makes them fall short of your needs and want to continue to look elsewhere? There must be something more specific that you're looking for then 'just' a 3* or 3.5* property. If you give us feedback on what is 'wrong' with the hotels guessed we an often bring ideas to you that may fit your needs, or not needlessly research hotels that we know won't qualify to meet your 'wants' for this stay.

I only see one set of dates above 11/4-11/8 but in your last post you mentioned two different sets of dates in November... are you traveling to the area for both sets of dates OR are your plans flexible and can go either set of dates OR are your plans not yet firm as you can't yet confirm which dates you'll be able to travel (ie- need to confirm dates off from work, etc)

As a newbie, the first time I asked you, I had no idea of what kind of properties were available at Hotwire. Than, I started to find something available for both periods. But when I decided to book after you replied me, the options were not avaiable anymore for both periods.

You are correct, I'll try to left my luggage at the hotel for the interim dates, and the only 3* hotel avaiable for both sets of dates is:

Unfortunately i am not sure of, and was unable to gain any insight for, the above 3* property.

However, i did find what looks to be the Hawthorn Suites Universal for $66/nite available for each set of your dates... would this work for your needs?

Also, even if you don't receive the same hotel for each leg of your trip, it could be worthwhile to ask the hotel you'll be checking into in a few days to hold your luggage, and if they won't, then i'd ask the hotel you're leaving if you can retrieve your bags when you return to town i a few days. I'd start by asking the bellman at each property (with tip in hand) and if you're told it's not possible ask who you can speak with that may be able to give the 'OK'.
