The 5* hotels was listed at $135 for August 14-15.

I have edited your topic title to indicate that this property is located in the (Downtown Shopping and Entertainment District) zone as i am not familiar with any Sutton hotel in the (Burnaby-Coqutlam) zone as originally posted... can you please confirm that this is correct?

Are the dates for this win August or September? In the headline, it indicates 9/14/13-9/15/13, but the text of the win says August 14.

Based upon a current HOTWIRE search, it would appear that the September dates are the correct ones.
