Priceline Hotel: Looking for 4* 8/29-9/3 - Manhattan

I am new to Priceline and bidding websites in general and am looking for strategies for a hotel in Manhattan (I am very open to the various zones) for about $125/night. Is this even realistic? If anyone has any advice or help with strategies, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

What would be your desired star rating and would all Manhattan zone/s be acceptable? $125 is likely going to be difficult for these date/s, depending on zone/star rating.

My desired star rating is 4*. I was also on HOTWIRE and noticed that they had a 4* for $134 in Downtown-SoHo-Financial District which is how I came up with my price. It had the following amenities:

Restaurant(s)

Property offers at least one restaurant on the premises; hours and days of operation may vary.

Business Center

Guests have access to business equipment and services; an additional charge may apply.

High-Speed Internet Access

Wheelchair accessible common areas

I don't mean to be mixing topics between Priceline and Hotwire, but just wanted to get an idea of how to better tailor my search and see whether anyone possibly knows the hotel that came up on Hotwire.
