Yes, actually you're right there are more amenities:

You might want to look at PRICELINE which has smaller zone boundaries in this area that you may be able to still use an 'opaque' service and target the area you'd like to be in.

If that is still too general, you can try our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com which makes it easy to see hotel rates near almost any address and quickly determine rates in the area and how much more/less it would cost to go up/down in star rating or to stay closer/further then your desired location.
