quick note: if you win this hotel don't be shocked by the F&B prices. They are ridiculously overpriced:

Breakfast: 38 EUR/person (50 USD)

Burger: 29 EUR (39 USD)

Coke from the minibar: 6,70 EUR (9 USD)

Coke in the restaurant: 9 EUR (12 USD)

Madrid is a relatively cheap city so I have no idea why this hotel charges more than hotels e.g. in London (which is a really expensive city).

I'd guess that this property may cater to a business clientele who are on expense accounts and often price insensitive... although those are some eye-popping prices for a soda.
