Hotwire Hotel: 5 star vegas north

Looking at a couple different las vegas 5 star strip north hotels for dates checking in on 8/21 and checking out on 8/24... here is what I get:

$92/nt - free parking, resort, spa, pet friendly, smoke free rooms, fitness, pools, restaurant, business

another 5 star in same area came up on same exact search

$131/nt - free parking, resort, suite, casino, fitness, pools, restaurant, business, high speed internet.

Probably more interested in the 2nd, but having hard time translating which two these could be. Any guess? I need to close out my newport beach request, your information was very helpful but we decided to book using our points instead due to cost.
