thereuare Posted August 6, 2013 Report Posted August 6, 2013 I don't have a guess for this 4.5* property... maybe the Swissotel as well but a different room class? The Swissotel has been seen with both of the amenity sets above, so i'm not really certain, AaronJB is local to the area and i'm sure he will add his thoughts once he sees this thread. Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board. AaronJB Posted August 7, 2013 Report Posted August 7, 2013 I'd guess the 4* is the Swiss. The 4.5* is a bit of a mystery; I'd guess it may be an upgraded room at the Swiss. I thought it may be the Radisson Blu Aqua as well, although the tripadvisor rating doesn't match (but the tripadvisor rating is not updated live, so it still may be a possibility if the tripadvisor rating has changed recently.) As for the 4.5*, the Fairmont doesn't have a pool, but apparently lets guests use the pool at the Lakeshore Athletic Club nearby (see pool listing on this page, as well: http://www.strategichotels.com/fairmont_chicago.php) - I'm not sure that qualifies, though, given that the pool is not at the hotel itself.Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
