Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Baltimore (University Area) Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys

I tried bidding 4* & 3.5* in the Downtown & Inner Harbor zones for several wks unsuccessfully. Yesterday (8/1/13) I bid 3.5* in the University zone starting at $60 increasing $5 increments & adding a zone. My third bid was accepted at $70. I used the PRICELINE link on this forum.
