thereuare Posted August 2, 2013 Report Posted August 2, 2013 Welcome to BetterBidding! Please start by reading your messages. Then please change the drop down menu on the top right of HOTWIRE's page to United States and the currency dropdown to US Dollars. Then continue to search HOTWIRE and post to the board in US Dollars so that rates are consistent and not subject to interpretation due to future currency fluctuation. Once you're ready to purchase stay on the US version of their site and simply change the drop down menu to whatever currency you'd like to use and complete your purchase.Using the method above, what is the room rate per nite in US Dollars? Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
Fon Posted August 3, 2013 Author Report Posted August 3, 2013 Dear thereuare,I am sorry if I did something wrong here. English is my 2nd language. I am usually can communicate alright but when it come in term of technical IT stuffs I have no idea what to do to follow your instruction or how to correct it! You told me to "change the drop down menu on the top right of HOTWIRE's page to United States and the currency dropdown to US Dollars" My top right of the screen appear "Can't Find What You're Looking For? Where to post??" "Search Box, Forums".I prefer the rate in GBP instead of US Dollars. I will only use/click the HOTWIRE link on this page to check the hotel rate and for my future booking to give the right credit to this forum. Please explain to me what else I have to do to make it right to join and ask question in this forum community.Thank you.Fon :)
AaronJB Posted August 3, 2013 Report Posted August 3, 2013 Please change the drop-down menu once you get to the HOTWIRE website to search for listings so that when you are presented with listings like the one above it is shown in USD$.
