Hi again, I just wanted to report a booking win for the Sheraton Delfina Santa Monica for 9/23-26.

I searched Hotwire first, 4* revealed $177 with amenities which appears to be matching those of the Sheraton Delfina. Instead I thought I'd my luck out using Priceline first, starting off at $140, and using the four free re-bid zones of Culver City, Inglewood, Lawdale, USC, bidding upwards to $177.

First bid of $140 was declined however it asked me to consider bidding $173. I declined that.

Second bid of $145 was declined.

Third bid of $150 was accepted.

So I saved $27/night before taxes (if I had booked with Hotwire) but more importantly, booking direct with the hotel was $300/night.
