feliciash Posted August 2, 2013 Report Posted August 2, 2013 I was very pleased with the price and the hotel chosen. However shortly after I booked I was notified about a death in the family. Since I used NYOP I didn't think there was anything I could about it. I've emailed customer service and told them about my situation. They are considering giving me a refund. I will post an update when I get a final answer.
