Expres Deal Hotels

Hi, I am looking at 2 different Express Deals on Priceline, at the Pike Street Market area in Seattle. The 3.5 star hotel gets better reviews & says �'Guest favorite´ over the 4 star hotel. Also, on another date, the 3.5 star hotel is $45 more than the 4 star. Has anyone bid & bought these & know which hotels they are? They are always the same 2 when I put in dates so I am assuming they use the same 2.
