I am hooked on using Priceline for all my hotel stays and have been finding some great to unbelievable success bidding. I have used the site to get an idea about what I should be looking at and figured I would have to rebid a couple of times. Lo and behold it was accepted on my first request. My specific requests were:

4* New Orleans French Quarter

65/night

17.77 Taxes.fees

82.77 Total

I looked at Marriot's website and they were selling a one night $259.00.

I keep checking the confirmation to make sure I have the right hotel and it is the same.
