Using the re-bidding techniques, I increased by increments of $5 till $140/nt was finally accepted. Satisfied overall with the hotel and the price. Promo codes SUMMER and PCLNJULY25 codes didn't work for me, possibly expired?

The code SUMMER expired 7/31. I don't know about the PCLNJULY25 code but obviously appears to have expired in July.
