I provided the information regarding my previous wins to support the site and I did not ask for any assistance with identifying the locations. I am now being told that I cannot receive any assistance for new reservations because I didn't add the amenities to my previous threads that I had voluntary posted. I don't have that information at this point.

Going forward, I won't post any more information on my wins if it means that I will be denied participation.

While we do appreciate all posts, sometimes the posts do not include all the information needed for others to fully benefit, and in such situations we request the additional information. In your case we replied to the threads, as well as sent you a message, asking for the amenities associated with your purchases.

What if another user has purchased the condo you're asking about but only posted the win as "Got a 4* Condo in the LBV zone". Would this be helpful enough to you in identifying the property above OR would you need the amenities to do so? Would you have wanted us to ask them for the amenities and name of the hotel, so that the information was more complete, and would actually be useful in helping you identify the property? We try to do our best by not asking for superficial information, but as you can see, some information is vital for others to benefit and for the board to be most effective.
