This area has several rebid zones. I started at $55 and got the 'Plaza Resort And Spa' on the fifth try at $70, so saved 58%. Not bad and not unhappy, but the last reviews are not so good... Maybe it would have been better to wait with my bidding until September or October? What do you think about the deal?

I'm seeing hotel direct rates for your dates at this property of $169/nite so this is well under half price, which is an EXCELLENT deal. I haven't read the reviews, but keep in mind that most reviewers are likely paying full price and at $169 they may have certain expectations which may not be met... at less then half price i can usually overlook any minor shortcomings and hopefully you'll find it to be a good value for the price paid.

Thank you thereuare for your help and your reply. Yes, I think so, too - according to the reviewers the hotel is currently under construction with too much noise and mess but maybe they are finished with the renovation until november and for that price one cannot grumble...
