Can anyone please help me identify this hotel in Istanbul (priced at $86 from 5th to 8th September)?

Here is the list of amenities:

Free Internet, Smoke Free Rooms, High-Speed Internet Access, Roll-in shower

It is 80% recommended by Hotwire customers and has a rating of 4.5 in TripAdvisor.

Any guess?

I didn't try to book this hotel as I found same type of hotel (in terms of reviews and standing) not using priceline or hotwire.
