Just looking for some help identifying this hotel on Hotwire....I'm thinking it may be the Conrad but not quite sure

I just posted a topic trying to identify a 4star hotel in Condado for Jan 23-Jan 26 but I have another question and wasn't sure if I should just add on to that thread or start a new one. I apologize if I should have added on to my other one.

While looking at Hotwire, I was playing around with dates etc trying to get the best deal. I changed the number of guests to 2adults 1child, and another 4* came up. So my question is.....can someone identify this hotel for me? And, there is only 2 of us (adults) going to be staying, but this hotel doesn't come up when I enter 2 adults, it only comes up when I enter 2a 1c. If I decided to book it, would that be a problem at check in?

The first property is a match for the Conrad Condado Plaza and that would be my best guess for that one.

The second property, assuming it too is in the Condado area, is a match for the La Concha Renaissance and that would be my best guess here. There should be no problem booking for 2adults/1child and only showing up with 2adults.
