Hello, can you help me ID this 4star hotel in London, travel date is Sept 18-22 for 3 adults. Price is $136 (compare to $244), 80% recommenmded by Hotwire customers.

I'm sorry to say that a 4* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But a guess would be Ramada Hotel and Suites London Docklands.

I think we will try to find something Kensington or Knotting Hill area as to save travel time to most major attractions.

We are looking for a hotel that has elevator as we are traveling with elderly, how can we match this need with the secreat hotels?

I would think that most 4* and higher hotels would have an elevator, but you can probably increase your chances with hotels that show the 'Room Accessible' amenity on the assumption that if the rooms are designed to be accessible for wheelchairs that the hotel has some method in place to get wheel chaired customers to the rooms. However, i don't think that this would be guaranteed, although i would think (my opinion) that should you purchase a hotel with this amenity and they don't have an elevator (or can guarantee you a room on the first floor) that HOTWIRE would be willing to work with you in some way (but again, i can't assure that this would be the case, but they are generally a very reasonable company to work with when it comes to customer service issues).
