Hotwire Hotel: Need Help identifying 3* East of Strip

I need some help identifying a 3* East of Strip area hotel in Las Vegas.

It is a secret hot rate hotel for 21$ (79$ on other sites), plus 15 $ resort fee.

Check in is 08/20 and check out 08/23.
