I'd agree the Essex would be likely. My curiosity would be whether you could get a 3* in the $75-85 neighborhood in the River North-NMA area by bidding on PRICELINE (or a 4* for not terribly higher than that.)

Unless you need to be in this area, the Essex is not particularly conveniently located in the South Loop. Regular rates are not unusually high for these dates, but for some reason the spread seems somewhat tighter on HOTWIRE between regular and discount rates.
