Can someone help me identify the 3* in Old San Juan for $97 with amenities of in room accessibility and wheel chair accessibility and nothing else? No % recommended information either. There are no 3* in the pinned hotel list. Dates are 9/13 2013 for 2 nights. Thanks for your help.
