I'm sorry to say that a 5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

Best guess would be The May Fair hotel

Thanks for your quick reply. It looked like it was The May Fair. We have decided to book directly with a hotel using bonus points so I will not use hotwire this time.
