Headed to the Sox-Yankees game Sunday night, and I was basically looking for a 4+ star hotel in either Boston Common - Theatre District (BCTD), Copley Square - Back Bay (CSBB), or Quincy Market - Financial District (QMFD), but if i didn't get anything under $80 there, I would've expanded my 4-star search to a couple other regions before dropping down to 3.5 star and hoping to get something cheaper. For my "free regions," i was using North Cambridge - Arlington (NCA), Medford - Somerville (MS), & South Boston (SB)... but i think there were a few more available if i needed them.

Here's my bidding sequence:

Nice deal. I was bidding at the same time for 7/24-7/26 and I had no luck up to about $120/night. I've since had no luck up to $180/night. Is there a convention in town after 7/21? :)
