mads_101 Posted July 16, 2013 Report Posted July 16, 2013 HelloI would like to book accommodation for 19 October - 22 October 2013. Can you please advise a bidding strategy. I did see one express deal that was $176 for a 5 star hotel downtown... is that good? We are hitting the tourist sites so downtown location is desirable. 4* hotel and above. Thank you.
thereuare Posted July 16, 2013 Report Posted July 16, 2013 To confirm, the dates of your NYC trip commence on 10/23, so if your check-out date above is 10/22, do you intend to stay someplace in between the two cities on the nite of 10/22?... or is your check-out date above actually 10/23?For help with the 5* PRICELINE EXPRESS property what are the amenities that are associated with it?Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
mads_101 Posted July 16, 2013 Author Report Posted July 16, 2013 Thanks - yes we're staying elsewhere for one night. thereuare Posted July 17, 2013 Report Posted July 17, 2013 HOTWIRE has a new interface which is not currently showing the complete set of amenities at the usual point of the search process. Please try the following:use this link to search HOTWIREfrom the search results page click the offer for this hotelon the next page click BOOK NOW (no worries about purchasing by accident since no credit card information is entered up to this point)on the left side of the page click the 'See all amenities' linkIf you follow the above, do you now see this complete set of amenities for the 4.5* HOTWIRE offer in the White House zone:Free Internet Pet Friendly Boutique Fitness Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Spa Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Roll-in Shower If this is what you're seeing, my best guess for this property would be The Madison a Loews Hotel (my guess is that this may be the same hotel you're seeing on PRICELINE EXPRESS)Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
