For the first property (the hotel) my guess would be The Pillars Hotel.

For the condo property, if you go back to HOTWIRE and click this offer, then on the ensuing page click the 'See all' link under the amenities, do you see more than what you've posted above?

Having looked on hotwire almost every day for the past month, I was surprised to see a new entry appear today, with the following amenities:
