Hotwire Hotel: Sao Paulo hotel decryption

I'm looking for a hotel in Sao Paulo for end of december 2013, does anyone have any experience with hot deals for Sao Paulo?

On offer there are three hotels as hot deals, of which I'm trying to decide between the cheaper two:

- *5: Has 4.0 in TA with 100+ reviews, 176€ per night. This is most likely the Tivoli Sao Pauli Mofarrej (it's the only one *5 hotel with only 4.0 TA rating, the other two *5 hotels have 4.5). 176€ per night including breakfast

- *4.5: Has a 4.0 in TA with 100+ reviews, facilites only "pet friendly", no other clue. I'm wondering whether this is the Mercure Grand Hotel Parque do Ibirapuera (it's the only *4.5 hotel on TA with 4.0 rating and between 100 and 200 comments). Asking for 97€ per night

- *4: Has a 4.0 in TA with 300+ reviews, facilites include FREE internet, fitness, restaurant, business centre (not mentioning pool). I believe this is the Novotel Sao Paulo Jaragua Convention (it's the only 300+ comment 4.0 rated 4 star hotel on TA without pool. The Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel has the same TA stats, but it has a pool and I'm wondering whether this would be shown on hotwire with the amenities). 57€ per night

I'm looking specifically on advice whether the *4 hotel is probably the Novotel or something else? Or would it be better to go for the *4.5 one, if it's the Mercure? Also, if it's the Novotel, is that a good location to stay 3 nights for sightseeing?

Please change the drop down menu on the top right of HOTWIRE's page to United States and the currency dropdown to US Dollars. Then continue to search HOTWIRE and post to the board in US Dollars so that rates are consistent and not subject to interpretation due to future currency fluctuation. Both of your guesses seem logical, although i have a bit more confidence in the 4.5* property then i do for the 4* property.
