My guess is that this is the HYATT House Sterling/Dulles Airport North 'hiding' some of its amenities.

However, if you are interested in this property i think you can increase your confidence in landing this property by changing your search to 2adults/1child which yields a 'new' 3* hotel in this zone with:

Complimentary Breakfast

Free Internet

Pet Friendly

Boutique

Shuttle

Fitness

Restaurant

Business

Laundry

Hi-Speed Internet

Wheelchair Accessible

While i do believe these are likely the same hotel, i have a bit more confidence with this second set of amenities. On my search for 2a/1c the price did go up by $5 so you'll have to decide if it's worth the extra few dollars to try and target this property or if you want to roll the dice on the 2adults/0children being the same property.

It definitely looks like the same hotel.

My search using the 2 adults and 1 child scenario revealed an hotel with only 9 amenities as opposed to your 12.

Also, when I entered the amenities in your list into my search criteria, Hotwire failed to identify any properties at all.

I was only looking at the initial amenities list, not the list when one opens up the individual property.

For the sake of an extra $5.00 I think I ail opt for your suggestion.

I wouldn't second guess your decision to pay the extra $5 as this property has great reviews, it's a nice discount to traditional rates for this property, and it worked out as planned... what if you tried to save $5 and received some other property. ;)
