Best guess for the 3* would be the Wyndham Philadelphia-Historic District while my guess for the 3.5* would be the Sheraton University City.

Omg, I'm sorry im new to this. I wish I would of seen this sooner I booked it and you are right I received the Sheraton. Luckily, I paid extra for protection on it so I think I might be able to refund it and get the Wyndham because that's intially what I wanted, but it was too expensive on regular site.

Sorry to hear this wasn't the hotel you were hoping for. Please post your wins as you receive them as it would have saved us time from having to research the properties above since a purchase had already been made.

Luckily, I paid extra for protection on it so I think I might be able to refund it...

Note that the insurance only covers certain conditions (mostly health related) and doesn't give you the ability to cancel simply for not getting the hotel you expected or for a change in plans.
