I'm looking for either 3.5* or 4* in Niagara Falls on July 24th.

So far over the past three days I've bid up through $70 on a 3.5* in zones 1,2,5 and I've tried up to $74 in all zones for a 4*.

I've been going up in $2 increments so my next bids would be 72, 74, and 76 for a 3.5* and then if those don't work I'd try 78 and 80 for a 4* by adding in zones 3 and 4.

I don't really have a specific max number. We're planning to stay for one night on the way to Toronto so I'm just trying to get it as cheap as possible in a 3.5* or better.

I guess my primary zone would be Niagara Falls with North Niagara Falls as a backup. The other three zones don't appear to have anything 3.5* or better so they are just rebids and it appears that North Niagara Falls is way more expensive so it's probably pretty much a rebid zone also.

At current rates i'm guessing you will need to be around $100-$120 for a 4* hotel OR $70-$85 for a 3.5* property... which would you like to try for first and what would be your maximum bid?

First bid of tonight was a $2 increase from yesterday and got me a win at $78 for a 3.5* (Crowne Plaza Hotel)
