I think The top hotel is the same one I am looking at. I found a room for $104 for 2 adults 1/10/14. It is listed as "Miami beach area condo". It says 95% of Hotwire customers recommend the hotel, and got a 4.0 from trip advisor. The hotel also charges a resort fee of "about $20".
