Hotwire Hotel: London 4*- please help ID. Thanks.

There are two 4* star hotels in London that are listed on Hotwire today that I am contemplating booking. They are:

Mayfair-Piccadilly-Soho $159/ night

The only amenities listed are Business center, high speed internet.

They are rated as 4.5 out of 5

The other is

Westminster-Big Ben $158/ night

The amenities are listed as Free internet, smoke free, fitness center, restaurant, business center.

Any ideas for either and an opinion of which you might choose and why?
