My guess in this case would be the Doubletree, which is in a very nice location. There are also a number of 4*/4.5*'s in the $120-135 neighborhood. Given that there is a 4.5* for $132 on HOTWIRE in the Mag Mile North-Water Tower area, you could see if a 4.5* would accept in the $115-125 neighborhood in the River North-NMA area on PRICELINE.
