Hotwire Hotel: Please help ID 3* Burlingame hotel

Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie to Hotwire, so I'm really weary of choosing the wrong hotel. It would be great if someone could help me identify this hotel, as it doesn't seem to be on the Hotwire hotel list. It has 4.5* Tripadvisor rating which means it can only be the Bay Landing Hotel or the Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco Airport. Both offer the same amenities. Thanks!!

HOTWIRE has a new interface which is not currently showing the complete set of amenities at the usual point of the search process.

Please try the following:

• use this link to search HOTWIRE
  
• from the search results page click the offer for this hotel
  
• on the next page click BOOK NOW (no worries about purchasing by accident since no credit card information is entered up to this point)
  
• on the left side of the page click the 'See all amenities' link

If you follow the above, do you now see more amenities associated with property?

I only see THREE amenities posted in your previous thread.

Also, when checking for the FULL LIST of amenities, are you clicking BOOK NOW and then the 'See all amenities' link.. as there is also a 'see all amenities' link after clicking the offer from the search results page, but that link will still only show a limited number of amenities, as per above, you need to 1) click on the offer on the results page, 2) click the BOOK NOW button, 3) click the 'See all amenities' link.

What is the room rate per nite for this property you're seeing?

My mistake, I meant 3 - mea culpa!!!. I clicked on the Book Now button and am asking to then show all amenities - still only 3. The rate from the 14th - 18th August is $ 142 on the list and $ 141 when I go to book.

Even when searching for 8/14-8/18 i'm seeing more than just these three amenities. However, if you're only seeing these three my guess would be the Bay Landing San Francisco Airport.

My guess was based upon the results you are seeing of only only three amenities.

Even if a bit late, I just wanted to post that we ended up booking directly through the hotel. We decided to stay close to San Rafael, and there was no offer of interest to us on Hotwire. Thanks again everyone!

Thanx for the follow-up and closing this thread. Please remember to always follow-up your threads with whatever you end up doing, even if you chose to book direct, cancel your trip, etc.

Please check for and use the links in our Support Page whenever possible for your non-opaque purchases, as we have links there to most of the major hotel chains and online booking agencies.
