points Posted June 30, 2013 Report Posted June 30, 2013 Bid $60 for *3, added *2.5 knowing they had the Express offering *2.5 for $70. Rejected, so took Express offering. Hoped for the more highly rated Holiday Inn Express Smithfield but got the Woonsocket property again.
