I used the sites link for HOTWIRE to start my search. When it times me out and I have to re-enter my search info, do I need to go back to the site link first before I make my purchase?

Do you mean if you leave the computer for an hour or so and then when clicking a link on the screen you get the message that the previous search is expired? We should still receive credit (assuming you haven't clicked any other HOTWIRE links or links in emails in the interim, but if possible best to click our links once again to repeat your search to ensure proper credit)

Yes, that was what I meant. I try to remember to start from the link again when I am going to book, but wasn't sure if that might change the offer. I have had that happen too. Luckily, it was a lower price :)
