A little skeptical about this one being a 3* based on some reviews on Tripadvisor.ca. While the average rating IS 3*, the hotel ranks 19th of 25 hotels in Grand Forks. Upgrades seem to be taking place they claim, hopefully this hotel is decent. Posted rate on the hotel site would have been about $180 plus tax. Got it for two nights for $172.34 CAD including all taxes and fees. So, a small savings.
