As you might imagine these are very common amenities for a 4* hotel in NYC. The 4* Gild Hall, SoHo Grand, and Doubletree Financial District have all been reported to the board at the 4* level and with this amenity set, so any of these would be likely, but there could also still be others as well.

You do have the 'comfort' of this property showing a 4.0/5.0 TA rating as well as a 90% recommendation from previous HOTWIRE guests, but if you would like further confidence you could see if this hotel is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain', if you're pleased with the results go ahead and immediately purchase the remaining nites... if not, make other plans for the remaining nites of your trip.

Had the option of going for a 4* in SoHo/Financial district for $165, but wanted a less business'y location. Decided to try some bids on PRICELINE and settle for the $165 one if I didn't have any luck.

Started bidding for 4* in central Manhattan, gradually adding more of the available zones (between financial district and central park) and upping the bid: 165-180-190-205-210-215

$215 was the absolute highest that I was planning on bidding. It's not a super great deal, but I suspect it would be hard to do much better considering the dates I was looking for (from Christmas Eve to New Years Eve).
