I'm looking to book the pelican on Miami beach in the ocean drive area on HOTWIRE link. Is this 4* the pelican as its listed under hotels as a 4* but other places I've seen it listed as a 3* on other sites.

4*, $191 night, dates 17 aug 13 - 18 aug 13

Trip advisor 4.5 rating
