I'm not seeing the different room types offered, but if you still are, the 'Terrace studio' is a room type at the Cosmopolitan so that would be my best guess for this one.

How do you see the hotel rooms on PRICELINE EXPRESS?

It is only listed for some properties (i'd say well under half... may about 15%) where the hotel offers multiple types of rooms and/or bed choice options.
