Since it is only one stay please keep all posts for this trip in the same thread.

I don't have a guess for this 3* MTC property, but i will mention that if you're plans are flexible you will find the cheaper rates (perhaps substantially so) in Jan-Feb (and possibly earlier in the month of March). It will likely be a bit colder... but also likely about half the price of October (and the rates you're seeing in mid-March)

Are your dates that flexible or are you trying to work with something else (like time off from work, others you're traveling with to commit, etc)

My dates are flexible although I try to avoid the cold weather. I caught a pneumonia when I traveled to N.Y. in January two years ago. I'll keep looking since I', retired and I can dispose of all the time to find better deals. Thanks for your advice.

I can't get the same hotel to appear on my standard search for 2 adults. How many rooms/adults/children did you search for? Can you please run a new search and confirm that you still can see this hotel on your search.

Yes, it is still advertised for $257/night. I'm travelling alone but I always indicate two adults.

I do see this property offered but i believe it is a new property to the HOTWIRE system and has not yet been reported to the board (and i did try to research it but couldn't gain any insight).

However, i don't think it's the Radio City Apartments.

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
